Massage essentially increases all over body circulation, which in turn gets things moving inside our bodies. Good things like oxygen, nutrients, and minerals that muscles need to remain healthy, as well as the muscles releasing toxins that build up from all of the stress, overuse, and abuse we all put ourselves through everyday. It is not normal to walk around in pain, and the majority of pain people suffer from is muscular and can be helped and managed by massage, stretching your body, and staying properly hydrated.
